3. Inspection & Refund Process

  • Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be possible if the requested item is in stock.
  • If an exact exchange isn’t available, you may choose a store credit or a refund.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; we will cover outbound shipping for the exchanged item where applicable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. International Returns
